At Goldens Only Club, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and create something just for you.

Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and if something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Refunds

We're happy to offer a replacement or full refund if:

You received the wrong item.
Your item arrived damaged or defective.
Your order was lost in transit (after carrier investigation, when applicable).

Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@goldensonlyclub.com with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.

Size & Color

Every product on our store includes its own Size Guide. We kindly recommend checking the Size Guide on the product page before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Because every item is printed just for you, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection.
Color preference.
Change of mind.
Ordering the wrong item.

If there's a printing error or manufacturing defect, we'll gladly replace your item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun. Because every item is custom made, some orders may enter production before the 24-hour window ends. Once production has started, we're unable to cancel or modify the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we can't accept returns for:

Worn or washed items.
Items showing signs of use.
Personalized or custom products.
Items damaged after delivery.
